What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1x20ft FCL (Full Container Load) to ensure economic viability for export. However, for high-value specialty items (like Moringa Powder or Isabgol), we can discuss LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments.
What are your export payment terms?
We typically work on an Advance TT basis (e.g., 30% advance, 70% against scan copy of BL) or 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight from a prime bank, depending on the order volume and buyer relationship.
Can you do private labeling and custom packaging?
Yes, absolutely. We offer 100% customizable packaging options. Whether you need bulk PP bags, paper bags, jumbo bags, or retail-ready consumer packaging with your brand logo, we can accommodate your requirements.
Which ports do you ship from?
Being located in Gujarat gives us a strategic advantage. Our primary default port of loading is Mundra Port. Other ports of loading (such as Nhava Sheva) are available upon buyer requirements and logistics feasibility.
Do you offer CIF pricing?
Our standard baseline pricing is FOB Mundra. CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) quotations are available strictly upon buyer request and after evaluating the destination country, shipment size, and current logistics feasibility.
